Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 30 days of your order being shipped. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

Please note that custom lengths and any custom requests are final sale and not eligible for exchange or replacement.

To begin an exchange, contact us at thebiothanedane@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you run into an issue outside of our 30-day exchange window, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We know life happens, and we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your Biothane Dane gear. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
